LLRB

Ladies Love Roth Brewery!

What do you get when you combine some NC State alumni, hard core beer connoisseurs, and the blessings of Odin?

That's right: bad-ass beer.

This past Saturday, I took a road-trip down to Raleigh, NC to attend the wedding of a high-school friend of mine. Since we were "in the neighborhood," we figured we'd stop by a micro-brewery that is owned and operated by a crazy group of Vikings that we call friends.

 Raleigh Red: Goes down easy!

Getting an (un)official tour.

We took a moment to celebrate Amurr-ica: Where people have the right to bear arms and EAT BEIGE.

"Who's drinking Foehammer?" (Not Chris and Matt!)

OoO: What is best in life??

2 old friends and a free-style rapper

We had to wake up and head back home EARLY the next morning, to celebrate Mother's Day with our families. But we had one more beige meal in store for us. That's right, disgusting biscuits from...
Which we all agreed was nasty about two hours later. Funny how no one complained while they were eating.

So if you are ever in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area, don't forget to check out Roth Brewery!
You can also order sweet swag on their website. (I'm sure I'll be sporting my new t-shirt in a future post.)

What's your favorite beer? (I love recommendations!)

DC 48 Hour Film Fest

"I'm ready for my close-up, Mr. Demille"

A few weekends ago, I was given the opportunity to be a part of a group that was producing a short for the Washington, D.C. 48-Hour Film Festival. Even though I don't get to act very often anymore, it is still one of my favorite things to do. I had a blast hanging out with the "2-Late" crew.

My co-star, the "Indestructible Man"
Superheros have chores.

General Patton doing what he does best.
I'm not sure why people are smiling. Its not like we were having FUN or anything.
